William C. Johnson specializes in centralizing escheat reporting and compliance. He has amassed ten years’ experience in the unclaimed field working with General Electric and The Walt Disney Company. He helped GE, as Unclaimed Manager, save over $6 million in two years and produced similar results bringing Disney’s hundreds of subsidiaries into compliance. Bill started the Unclaimed Reporting process at General Electric and was responsible for consolidating all 5200+ entities into one process. His streamlining efforts helped GE become known as “the” state-of-the-art escheat compliance process by companies such as Ernst & Young. He then became Escheat Administrator for The Walt Disney Company and quickly reined in all of their 887 subsidiaries into one process. He utilized the same streamlining efforts employed at GE to automate the entire reconciliation process. Bill provided both GE and Disney million dollar revenue centers from historic cost centers. He is a much sought after speaker on the subject of escheat compliance, most recently at the NY Cash Exchange (Treasury Management Assoc. of NY) and also at the Association of Financial Professional (AFP) Annual Conference. Bill looks over each company’s unique needs to save them the most money and remain compliant. He is a known expert in the field of unclaimed compliance and can guarantee a savings of 12% just by walking in the door. He is a member of UPHLC.


Milan K. Bendik
Vice President – Finance

Milan Bendik worked in Financial Operations for 18 years with The General Electric Company and the past four years with The Walt Disney Company-Shared Services. His expertise lies in consolidating financial operations to realize tremendous cost savings through combined efficiencies. Milan brings over 8 years experience in consolidated unclaimed property reporting along with the knowledge of turning cost centers into profit centers resulting in increasing the company's bottom line. Mr. Bendik loves the thrill of saving company dollars, which can then be used on capital projects to help improve each individual financial process. Milan headed up the consolidation of all Finance, Cash Management, Fixed Assets & Travel and Entertainment departments in his first year at Disney. While at GE he consistently delivered 10% productivity increases while remaining under his $55 million budget. Milan graduated from University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Accounting/Economics and also graduated from St. Mary’s College (Rome, Italy) with a degree in Archeology/Art.


Kevin R. Johnson

Kevin R. Johnson brings more than 15 years sales and management experience to ECS, LLC After successfully achieving revenue goals on an annual basis as a Financial Advisor for both UBS PaineWebber and Morgan Stanley, Kevin entered Sales management, becoming a member of the team that revamped Morgan Stanley's Sales training for all new hires and participating on the committee that reshaped the continuing education program for all members of the sales force and support staff. He has been involved with escheat compliance for the last two years and brings his thorough knowledge and financial acumen to each and every company we work with. Kevin brings strong state relations to our process, important in our day-to-day dealings with the jurisdictions. He holds a BBA in Accounting/Finance from Kansas State University.
